Tasty Potato cutlets with salad

Potato cutlets and boiled egg salad with fresh cucumbers.

Ingredients

• Cutlets:
• medium potatoes - 10 pieces
• butter - 50-100 g
• milk - 100-150 g
• salt - to taste
• egg - 1 pc.
• grated cheese - 100-150 g
• greens - to taste
• For frying cutlets:
• breadcrumbs
• sunflower oil
• egg
• Salad:
• salt
• boiled eggs
• fresh cucumbers
• sour cream
• green onion
• Sauce for meatballs:
• sour cream
• or sour cream with garlic

Directions

1. For the salad, mix the ingredients to taste.
2. We make mashed potatoes.
3. Add green onion, herbs, grated cheese to the puree.
4. In one bowl, mix the egg with water. In the other - breadcrumbs.
5. From mashed potatoes we make cutlets, dip in an egg, then in crackers and fry lightly.
6. Serve potato cutlets with sour cream, you can make a sauce - mix sour cream with garlic.
