  4. During this time, prepare the filling.
  5. Onion, cut into cubes, fry in a small amount of oil, here - minced meat. Salt, pepper and fry until tender.
  6. The remaining cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater.
  7. We remove the finished potato "cake" for the roll from the parchment. This is probably the most difficult moment.
  8. Spread the stuffing on the roll, evenly. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Smells great!
  9. We turn it into a roll, and you can already serve it or send it to the oven (180 degrees) for another 10 minutes. Let the cheese melt inside - it will be even more appetizing!
