Prepared from boiled potatoes, flour and butter. Crispy fried potatoes look delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
  2. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add butter to mashed potatoes, salt and mix well.
  3. Pour 1/3 of the flour into the mashed potatoes, mix until smooth. Add the rest of the flour to the dough as needed (so that the dough can be rolled out) and to taste (more - if you want to get denser potatoes).
  4. Roll the dough "sausage", cut into small pieces. Roll each piece to a thickness of about 1 cm and form triangles.
  5. Heat a large cast iron skillet over low heat and add the potato triangles to the skillet. (If desired, and if the pan does not allow otherwise, you can fry the potatoes in oil.)
  6. Fry potato triangles until golden brown on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side). Serve warm. It can be with butter, or even with sugar.
