Tasty potatoes in bacon

We will cook a very tasty and interesting dish of potatoes stuffed with cheese, sweet peppers and salted red fish. We will bake stuffed potatoes with salmon by wrapping the potatoes with strips of bacon.

Ingredients

• Medium-sized potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
• Salted salmon (or salmon) - 100 g
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
• Bacon - 4-5 strips
• Salt - to taste

Directions

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in their skins for 20-25 minutes, until tender. When the potatoes are ready, peel them and cut them in half. Using a teaspoon, carefully remove the middle of the potato.
2. Wash the peppers, peel and cut into small cubes.
3. Cut the fish into small pieces.
4. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
5. Mix potato pulp with fish, pepper and cheese. Salt to taste.
6. Salt the potato halves to taste and fill with the filling.
7. Put the potato halves together, wrap the stuffed potatoes with bacon and secure the bacon with a toothpick.
8. Stuffed potatoes with cheese, pepper and salmon are placed in the oven and baked for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
9. Baked potatoes in bacon are ready.
