Tasty Sandwich with cabbage and eggs

A great breakfast or snack from simple and affordable products - crispy ruddy bread and juicy appetizing stuffing from fried cabbage with eggs. Not too heavy, but satisfying enough, a cabbage sandwich is prepared quickly and turns out to be very tasty.

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
  2. From the indicated amount of ingredients, three sandwiches will be obtained.
  3. Instead of rosemary and mint, you can take 1 teaspoon of dried Provence herbs.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, ground black pepper and aromatic herbs (dried mint and rosemary or Provence).
  5. Mix with a whisk.
  6. We chop the cabbage into strips, which we additionally chop across.
  7. Finely chopped cabbage is sent to the egg mixture.
  8. We mix.
  9. Melt some butter in a frying pan.
  10. We spread the bread in a pan and fry over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown.
  11. Slowly add butter as needed while frying. Then we transfer the fried slices of bread to a separate plate.
  12. Thus fry all the slices of bread.
  13. In the same pan, adding more butter if necessary, spread the third part of the cabbage-egg mass. With a spatula, we give it a shape similar to a slice of bread.
  14. Reduce the heat and fry the cabbage with the egg on both sides for about 3-4 minutes, until golden. The fire should be small so that the cabbage has time to become soft.
  15. So fry the rest of the cabbage-egg mass.
  16. Add butter if necessary.
  17. Collecting a sandwich. Lay out a slice of toasted bread.
  18. Put cabbage filling on top of a slice of bread.
  19. Pour the ketchup over the filling in zigzag movements.
  20. Top with a second piece of bread.
  21. We also apply ketchup on top of the sandwich.
  22. A ruddy and very satisfying cabbage and egg sandwich is ready.
