Tasty Sandwiches with egg pancakes, ham and cheese

Hearty and tasty breakfast - sandwiches with egg pancakes, ham and cheese. These sandwiches are prepared simply and quickly and will provide the body with energy until lunchtime!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the items on the list.
  2. Wash and dry vegetables and parsley.
  3. Crack one egg into a bowl and add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread over the bottom, tilting the pan to the sides to form a pancake. Cook the egg pancake over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Cut the ham into small cubes. Place 1/8 of the ham on half of the egg pancake.
  8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Sprinkle the pancake with 1/8 of the cheese.
  10. Cover the ham and cheese with the free edge of the egg pancake.
  11. Place another 1/8 of the ham on top of the half-folded egg pancake.
  12. Top the ham with 1/8 of the cheese.
  13. Fold half of the egg pancake in half and press down with a spatula. Fry it on both sides over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. Remove the finished egg pancake with ham and cheese to a plate.
  14. Thus, cook three more pancakes.
  15. In a dry or lightly oiled skillet, toast white bread for about 1 minute on each side, until lightly browned.
  16. For each toast (a slice of toasted bread), lay out two egg pancakes with ham and cheese. If desired, garnish toasted egg pancakes with cucumber and tomato slices and herbs and serve.
