Tasty Sausages in mashed potatoes

I propose to cook a quick hearty snack - sausages in mashed potatoes. This recipe is great for using up leftover mashed potatoes from lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

• Mashed potatoes - 400 g
• Sausages - 4 pcs.
• Processed toast cheese - 4 plates

Directions

1. Thread sausages onto wooden skewers.
2. Wrap the sausages with slices of melted cheese.
3. Top with a layer of mashed potatoes.
4. Fry sausages in mashed potatoes in a preheated pan in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
