The dish will not leave indifferent those who love an exotic seafood product - shrimp. Tender shrimp meat in a crispy cheese crust will look good on the festive table, and it’s perfect for a glass of cold beer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In order for the shrimp to be tender, fragrant and not have extra bitterness in the taste, they need to be properly cleaned. To do this, remove all segments of the shell along with the head. Tails should preferably be left. Remove the intestinal veins from the backs of the shrimp as shown in the photo.
  2. The next step is pickling. For the marinade, squeeze the juice of a lemon, chop a clove of garlic, chop the dill, add ground pepper. Mix everything, do not forget to salt.
  3. Dip the shrimp into the sauce. Be sure to try to spread the sauce over all the shrimp. Let marinate for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. While the shrimp are marinating, prepare the batter and breadcrumbs. For batter, beat the egg moderately, add salt to it. For breading, mix together cornmeal and finely grated Parmesan.
  5. When the shrimp are sufficiently marinated, take them out of the sauce one at a time, dip them into the batter. Then roll in breadcrumbs on all sides.
  6. Spread on hot vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. There should be enough oil in the pan to reach the middle of the shrimp. Lay the fried shrimp on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
  7. The dish is ready. You can apply. These shrimp go very well with fried cheese and cranberry sauce.
  8. Bon appetit!
