Tasty spicy nuts

These spicy nuts are perfect for beer or your other favorite drinks.

Ingredients

• Almonds, pecans and cashews - 450 g
• Light brown sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp. l.
• Fresh thyme (chopped) - 2 tsp
• Ground red pepper - 1/2 tsp.
• Salt to taste
• Unsalted butter (melted) - 2 tbsp. l.

Directions

1. Place the rack in the oven in the center, and turn on the oven itself to preheat to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the nuts on a large baking sheet and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven, roast until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
2. Whilst the nuts are toasting, combine the brown sugar, thyme, red pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
3. Pour roasted nuts into a large bowl, add butter, mix. Sprinkle spices on the nut snack and mix well again.
4. Serve a snack of nuts with your favorite drinks.
