  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, pour water in a saucepan, add salt and boil the potatoes until soft (20-25 minutes).
  2. Drain the water from the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher.
  3. Grease the waffle cake with warm mashed potatoes (the cake will quickly become soft).
  4. Lay the sausages around the edge of the crust.
  5. When the cake is softened enough from mashed potatoes, wrap sausages in it.
  6. Lightly pressing the edges, form a dense roll of waffle cake with mashed potatoes and sausages.
  7. Cut the roll into pieces, about 3-4 cm wide.
  8. For batter, mix milk, egg and flour, lightly salt and pepper.
  9. Beat the batter with a whisk until smooth.
  10. Dip waffle rolls in batter.
  11. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the rolls in the frying pan.
  12. Fry waffle rolls with potatoes and sausages on all sides until golden brown, for 3-4 minutes.
  13. This dish is best served hot.
