Very quick hot snacks for beer or just for a party. An original recipe that will delight your guests. You can cook such a snack both at home and outdoors. Delicious and original.

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Meat cut into small cubes.
  3. We cut the cheese into cubes of the same size as the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Pepper cut into slices.
  5. Cooking batter. Pour 1 cup of flour into a bowl, add a couple of pinches of salt and a little curry. Gradually pouring in beer, mix the batter.
  6. We put chopped food on skewers - tomatoes with cheese, meat, sweet peppers.
  7. Pour 500-600 g of vegetable oil into the cauldron and heat it up.
  8. Dip tomatoes with cheese in batter and deep-fry.
  9. We do the same with pepper, but first add chili pepper and paprika to the batter.
  10. And before dipping the meat in the batter, add oatmeal to the batter.
