On the eve of the New Year holidays, you always want to diversify your table with some exotic, but simple dish. Tiger prawns are a type of warm-water shrimp, distinguished by their large size, exceptional taste and black transverse stripes along the shell, for which they got their name "tiger". I have given a list of the spices that I had at home, but you can add any and experiment with the taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the frozen shrimp in a colander, rinse thoroughly with running cool water from the tap. They thaw during the rinsing process. We will cook the shrimps in their shells, there is no need to peel them.
  2. After the ice glaze has disappeared from the surface of the shrimp, put them in a bowl. We take garlic cloves and crush them with the flat side of a knife into small pieces, put them on the shrimp, add spices.
  3. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, turn on the fire. We spread the resulting mass in a preheated pan. Cut half the lemon into slices, squeeze the juice into a mass with shrimps, and throw the circles there. Stir, fry over medium heat.
  4. The shrimp cook quickly, and when heated they start to turn red. Frying time over medium heat 15 minutes, without covering the pan with a lid, so that excess water evaporates and a crust appears. Then stir and cook for another 10 minutes, covering with a lid, then turn off the heat, leaving to simmer for another couple of minutes.
  5. So the fried shrimps are ready, put them on a dish, pour the resulting garlic sauce at the bottom of the pan and serve quickly! Enjoy your meal!
