Tomatoes baked with suluguni cheese, garlic and herbs can be cooked quickly and easily. Suluguni cheese goes well with tomato slices, fragrant herbs and garlic. Serve this dish to the table hot, while the cheese is melted. Try it!

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Tomatoes take a small size, ripe, but with dense pulp.
  3. Parsley can be replaced with cilantro or other herbs of your choice.
  4. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.
  5. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut out a place at the stem. Cut the tomatoes into slices about 3-5 mm thick.
  6. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  7. Grease molds with vegetable oil. Put 2-3 circles of tomatoes in each mold.
  8. Wash and dry the parsley. Remove stems immediately. Finely chop the leaves.
  9. Peel the garlic. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Add to parsley. Stir.
  10. Put a little fragrant greens in each mold. Spray with vegetable oil.
  11. Cut the suluguni cheese into thin slices.
  12. Put 2-3 pieces of cheese in each mold on the circles of tomatoes and herbs. Season with a little ground black pepper and salt.
  13. Alternate layers of tomatoes, herbs and cheese all the way to the top. Season with ground pepper and salt on top. Send to the oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
