Turkey meat loaf with mushrooms and ketchup

  9. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  10. Break the eggs into a bowl, beat a little.
  11. Mix breadcrumbs with milk.
  12. Combine mushrooms with onions. Add minced meat, eggs, crackers with milk. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly minced meat for meat bread.
  13. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. We spread the mass on a baking sheet and form a loaf.
  14. Lubricate the meat loaf on top with 4 tbsp. spoons of ketchup and send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake 50 minutes.
  15. Before serving, meatloaf should be cooled for 5-10 minutes.
