Unusual Tomatoes stuffed with zucchini

Tomatoes stuffed with zucchini are a beautiful and satisfying hot appetizer. This vegetable appetizer can decorate not only a family dinner, but also a festive table.

  1. Clean the zucchini, wash. Cut into small cubes. Pour it into a heated pan with vegetable oil. Salt. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Dill wash, finely chop. Peel the garlic.
  3. Add dill, a pinch of Provence herbs, a little salt and pepper to the mayonnaise. Squeeze out the garlic. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  5. Transfer the stewed zucchini to a plate.
  6. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half (if desired, you can carefully cut the stem). Cut off a little of the bottom from each half of the tomatoes - for stability.
  7. Carefully remove the inside of the tomatoes.
  8. Cut the lower part of the tomatoes in half, cut off a small corner.
  9. Put the tomatoes in the pan in which the zucchini was stewed. Sprinkle tomatoes from the inside with Provence herbs, put the zucchini. Tamp.
  10. Tomatoes stuffed with zucchini, grease with mayonnaise with herbs and garlic on top.
  11. Lay out the grated cheese. Garnish with heart-shaped tomato slices.
  12. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the stuffed tomatoes with zucchini and cheese over low heat for about 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  13. Zucchini stuffed tomatoes are ready. Bon appetit!
