Wafer cake with meat and mushrooms

Wafer cakes are not only suitable for making desserts, they are a wonderful base for snack cakes and pies with various savory fillings. Pie with minced meat and mushrooms, the recipe of which I want to offer you today, is one of my favorites. It turns out this cake is tasty, juicy and everyone likes it without exception!

Ingredients

  1. Put the minced pork and chicken on a frying pan heated with sunflower oil.
  2. Fry the minced meat mixture over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper the minced meat while frying. Transfer the fried minced meat from the pan to a bowl.
  3. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  5. In sunflower oil, fry the onion with mushrooms for 5 minutes or until the desired degree of roasting of the mushrooms, do not forget to also salt.
  6. Beat two egg whites with a pinch of salt in a strong foam, add mayonnaise and beat again.
  7. Collecting the pie. Put the waffle cake on the bottom of the mold, grease it with a spoonful of protein-mayonnaise foam.
  8. Divide the minced meat by eye into 3 parts. Put a third of the minced meat on a greased waffle cake.
  9. Cover it with a second waffle cake, also brush with protein-mayonnaise foam and lay out a third of the mushrooms fried with onions.
  10. So, alternating cakes with either meat or mushroom filling, collect the whole pie. In total, you will need 7 waffle cakes. Lubricate the top cake with protein-mayonnaise foam.
  11. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  12. Spread the grated cheese on top of the waffle pie.
  13. Bake the waffle pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  14. Decorate the finished cake as desired. It can be greens, slices of tomatoes, pieces of fried mushrooms.
  15. Wafer cake with meat and mushrooms can be served.
