A hearty bell pepper salad with salmon and vegetables is a real delicacy that adds sophistication to the festive table.

Ingredients

  1. Salmon cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Marinate 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Cut tomatoes.
  4. Cut the bell pepper into triangles, after removing the seeds and the stalk.
  5. Pour half the olive oil into the pan, heat it up and put the onion in the pan first, lightly sauté, then the fish.
  6. Fry onions with fish for 7 minutes, then add tomatoes to the fish, mix and fry for another 3 minutes.
  7. Tear the arugula and dill into pieces with your hands.
  8. Put bell peppers and fish with onions and tomatoes on top of the greens. Add olives.
  9. Pour soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the salad, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything.
  10. Hearty warm salad with bell pepper is ready.
  11. Serve a warm bell pepper salad at the table and invite everyone to try it!
