Warm salad with chicken liver and kohlrabi

  1. In well-melted butter, we begin to fry the chicken liver, spreading it whole. It is not necessary to cover the pan with a lid.
  2. When the offal changes color, salt with half a portion and, stirring constantly, reduce the heat to medium.
  3. We clean the kohlrabi, cut off the peel and cut into thin slices. Salt with the remaining salt.
  4. Grease the grill with olive oil, lay out the kohlrabi slices.
  5. Deep fry on each side, you can press a little with a fork.
  6. Transfer immediately to a paper towel, removing excess oil.
  7. Cut the tomato into slices, chop the parsley with green onions.
  8. We collect the salad: on a flat plate on either side we lay lettuce leaves.
  9. Fill the center with fried chicken liver.
  10. On the right we lay out the tomato slices, on the left the grilled kohlrabi.
  11. We decorate a warm salad with chicken liver with chopped greens.
  12. Warm salad with chicken liver is ready! Serve immediately to keep the liver slightly warm.
