Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges and cut each zucchini lengthwise into 2 parts. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the zucchini.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into semicircles.
Wash and chop green onions.
Place minced meat in a deep bowl, beat in one egg, salt and add green onions. Mix everything until smooth.
Put the stuffing on top of the zucchini boats.
Then - tomatoes.
Send zucchini boats with minced meat and tomatoes to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the zucchini with grated cheese and put the zucchini boats with minced meat into the oven for another 5 minutes.
