Zucchini baked in the oven in a spicy cheese breading is a simple and healthy dish. Vegetables are tender, tasty, with a spicy note. To make a zucchini appetizer fragrant, use hard cheese with a pronounced taste.

  1. Without peeling the peel, cut them into slices 10-15 cm long.
  2. Grind a piece of cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves, pass through a press, add to the grated cheese.
  4. Then add salt, paprika and a mixture of Italian herbs to the garlic-cheese mixture. It includes parsley, oregano, sweet pepper pieces, cumin, rosemary and dried basil.
  5. Stir the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  6. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. Using a brush, brush the vegetables with olive oil. To make the appetizer spicy, you can use oil with pepper.
  8. Sprinkle zucchini with cheese mixture.
  9. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 7 minutes, turn on the grill mode so that the vegetables are browned on top. We will cook the dish for another 5 minutes, after which we carefully remove it from the oven.
  10. Vegetables should be easily pierced with a knife or fork, while remaining fairly dense. Zucchini baked in the oven with cheese and spices, served warm with tomato sauce or homemade mayonnaise.
