Zucchini baked with minced meat, tomatoes and cheese is a hearty dish that will complement both home and holiday tables. The filling is prepared on the basis of minced meat with vegetables, baked on zucchini circles with sauce and cheese until golden brown.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Minced meat is suitable from any meat or poultry. I used chicken.
  3. Choose the hard cheese of your choice. The main thing is that it melts well.
  4. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  6. Peel the onion, wash, dry and cut into medium cubes. Add to skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes over low heat.
  7. Peel and wash carrots. Grate on a large grater. Add carrots to onions, stir. Fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add minced meat to vegetables and mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat, stirring to break up lumps.
  9. Cut the washed tomato into cubes, add to the pan and mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes over moderate heat.
  10. Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir. Turn off the fire, cool the filling a little.
  11. Rinse and dry the zucchini, cut off the edges on both sides. Slice the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick.
  12. Spread the meat filling over the zucchini.
  13. Add chopped garlic to mayonnaise. Stir.
  14. Apply the prepared sauce to each zucchini in thin strokes.
  15. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater and distribute over zucchini. Send to a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Baking time depends on the power of your equipment. Cheese should melt and zucchini should be soft.
