  2. Finely chop one clove of garlic. Wash one onion and cut into small cubes. Peel one bell pepper from the stalk and seeds and cut into cubes.
  3. Pour three tablespoons of olive or other vegetable oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom. We lay the prepared garlic, fry for a few seconds, add the onion and pepper and sauté over medium heat, stirring, until soft.
  4. Add zucchini, fry over medium heat, stirring, for about 15 minutes, add half a teaspoon of salt in the process of frying.
  5. Let's prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of chopped dill, 250 grams of sour cream, one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper and two tablespoons of grated hard cheese. Add the prepared sauce to the zucchini, mix, bring to a boil. Turn off, cover with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve zucchini in sour cream sauce as a hot or cold appetizer with fresh homemade white bread.
