Very easy to prepare, light and tasty dish of three main ingredients. Zucchini, tomatoes and bacon are a perfect combination and successfully complement each other. And rosemary, thyme and basil give the dish a special bright aroma.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. I have cherry tomatoes, but you can also use regular tomatoes.
  3. Dried herbs (oregano, basil and thyme) can be replaced with fresh ones to taste.
  4. We wash the zucchini, cut off the ends (if old, then remove the skin) and rub from all sides on a carrot grater in Korean. We do not need pulp with seeds.
  5. Cut the bacon into random small pieces.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  7. (If the tomatoes are large, cut into small pieces.)
  8. Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan for 1 minute.
  9. Add tomatoes and fry for 1 more minute.
  10. Put the grated zucchini into the pan, mix gently and fry for 5 minutes.
  11. Add salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and basil. Fry for 1 more minute.
  12. Zucchini "noodles" with tomatoes and bacon are ready.
  13. Bon appetit!
