A bright, juicy and appetizing vegetable dish - zucchini pizza. This is a real vegetable boom! Zucchini dough is prepared very simply, and the filling of a variety of vegetables, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese harmoniously complements the base.

  1. We rub the zucchini on a large grater. Salt, mix. Leave the zucchini for 10 minutes.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a whisk or fork.
  3. Sift flour through a sieve. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  4. Squeeze the liquid well from the grated zucchini.
  5. We combine zucchini, flour, eggs, dried ground garlic and half of the dried herbs.
  6. We mix.
  7. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil. We spread the zucchini dough on parchment, forming a circle with a spoon (1 cm high, size - 28x28 cm). We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Preparing the pizza topping. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and chili pepper and cut into slices.
  9. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  10. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel (or peel) and cut into slices.
  11. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  12. Mozzarella cut into cubes.
  13. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. spoonful of olive oil and stir.
  14. The zucchini pizza base is ready.
  15. We lay out the prepared filling on the base. Sprinkle with the remaining dried herbs.
  16. We put the zucchini pizza with mushrooms, tomatoes and pepper in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  17. Drizzle the finished pizza with olive oil.
  18. Zucchini pizza is ready. Bon appetit!
