Zucchini rolls with chicken (air grill)

Air grilled zucchini rolls are a light summer dish. It successfully combines the tastes of zucchini and chicken, as well as cheese and aromatic herbs. A dish of zucchini pleases with a pleasant taste and original appearance.

  1. Wash zucchini. Cut into strips no more than 0.5 cm thick. Salt, leave for 5 minutes. Then dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini strips on both sides.
  3. Place the fried zucchini on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  4. Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer, like on chops, spread it on slices of zucchini. Season with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
  5. Lay out thin slices of tomatoes, leaves of basil and thyme.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Twist the zucchini rolls, chop them with wooden skewers and bake in an air grill at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, turn over once during the baking process.
  8. (In the oven, bake in the same way, you can not turn over.)
  9. Zucchini rolls stuffed with chicken fillet and tomatoes can be served both warm and cold. Bon appetit, cook with pleasure!
