Wash the zucchini and cut off the stems. Now cut the zucchini into 1.5 cm thick plates. Make any length of the plates. The main thing is that the plates are not too small, otherwise it will be inconvenient to put them on the grate and turn them over.
Lay the zucchini slices on the top rack tightly together. At this stage, they can be lubricated with vegetable oil, but you can not do this. With oil it turns out tastier, but without it - less fat. Then sprinkle on top with salt and a mixture of peppers or other spices.
Bake the zucchini in the Airfryer at high fan speed for about 15 minutes until they begin to brown on top (temperature - 220°C).
If the plates on top begin to fry, but not yet on the bottom, then turn them over with a fork or tongs and put them back in the air grill for about 15 minutes so that they become soft and rosy on all sides.
While the zucchini is baking, chop a few sprigs of parsley (or dill) and mix with medium-fat mayonnaise or sour cream.
Add the garlic passed through the press there.
Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater (instead of processed cheese, you can also take hard cheese).
Mix cheese with mayonnaise dressing. Salt if needed.
Spread cheese with garlic, mayonnaise and herbs on zucchini plates.
Bake the zucchini for another 5 minutes so that the cheese begins to melt (if melted cheese was used, it may not melt).
Zucchini can be served with fresh tomato slices.
