Zucchini with cheese, nuts and rosemary

Zucchini with cheese is very tasty. Supplement the cheese filling with fragrant herbs and nuts, experimenting each time

  1. For the filling, grind and mix the cheese, walnut kernels and rosemary leaves.
  2. The consistency of the mass - according to your desire: in small pieces or homogeneously pasty.
  3. Zucchini (young with peel and core) cut across into circles about 1 cm thick.
  4. Place the zucchini on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Place them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  6. After about ten minutes, take out the baking sheet, turn the zucchini over to the other side, put a portion of fragrant cheese filling on each (on its fried part).
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven until the filling is melted and browned.
  8. Zucchini or zucchini stuffed with cheese, rosemary and nuts is ready.
  9. They are delicious both hot and cold.
