semolina 200 g

sugar 150 g

wheat flour 150 g

baking powder 2 tsp

vegetable oil 100 ml

oranges (150 ml orange juice) 2 pcs.

Grind peeled oranges with a blender in 200 ml puree.

Mix orange puree with semolina and leave to swell.

After 20 minutes add sugar, flour, baking powder, vegetable oil.

Bake in preheated to 180 ° С for 30 minutes in a form greased with vegetable oil.

5 minutes before the manna is ready, prepare syrup by mixing orange juice with sugar. Bring the juice to a boil and boil for a few minutes.

Pour hot syrup over the freshly baked manna and let cool completely.
