  1. Chop the onion finely. Peel the pears, core and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion and celery root in butter for 10 minutes. Add pears and cook for no more than 5 minutes. Add broth and continue cooking until vegetables are well boiled for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add cream and cheese. Then, mix everything well with a blender until smooth and refrigerate. Cooling for 2 hours.
  2. The soup can be diluted with a little milk or cold broth. Add green onions and serve.
