Bean soup with spinach

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic in any way convenient for you.
  2. Pour olive oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place on the stove and heat well. Add onion, garlic to butter and sauté until soft.
  3. Add bay leaf, beans and chicken broth. Salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add frozen spinach.
  5. Let the soup come to a boil and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  6. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the soup and stir. Taste again for salt and adjust if necessary.
  7. When serving, you can drizzle with olive oil. Bon appetit!
