Beef lagman with cabbage

Vegetables for cooking lagman, especially cabbage, should not be overcooked. Ideal for a light crunch when eating

Ingredients

  1. Prepare vegetables.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces.
  3. Chop the cabbage into strips.
  4. Heat the oil well in a frying pan, fry the meat, pepper, salt.
  5. Add onion and fry everything together.
  6. Chop the garlic and tomatoes, transfer to the meat.
  7. Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry.
  9. Add a little water to the pan; it should only lightly coat the vegetables and meat.
  10. Simmer beef lagman with cabbage until the liquid evaporates.
  11. Add green onions, coriander, cumin, salt and stir.
  12. Put the boiled noodles with butter on a dish.
  13. Pour over the gravy with meat and serve immediately.
