It takes four hours to cook beef shurpa over a fire. Beef is not quite a typical meat for shurpa, but it also turns out very tasty, especially if you take not only the pulp, but also the brisket.

  1. Wash the meat and chop into medium-sized pieces. Pour cold water over the meat and cook for 2.5 hours removing the foam. Coarsely chop the carrots, peppers and tomatoes.
  2. Put vegetables in a cauldron. Add coarsely chopped onions. Add the potatoes after 10 minutes. After half an hour, add spices and a little more fresh onion and tomato.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and let it brew. Bon Appetit!
