A very tasty and aromatic broth is obtained from beef tongue. Thanks to spices and vegetables, the taste of the broth itself is rich. Take note of the recipe!

  1. Let's prepare the ingredients. Pour cold water into a saucepan, put the tongue (it can be cut into pieces) and bring to a boil.
  2. Before boiling, a little foam appears, which needs to be removed. Add the onion cut into 2 parts to the boiling broth. Add coarsely chopped root vegetables. For aroma, add allspice, cardamom and bay leaf.
  3. Cook the broth over low heat under the lid until the tongue is cooked, about 2 hours.
  4. Add hot pepper and garlic a couple of minutes before cooking.
  5. We take out the tongue from the broth, remove the white film and cut the tongue into thin pieces.
  6. Beef tongue broth is ready, add herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
