Beetroot soup with vegetables and sour cream

Many of us ate this first dish in childhood, in kindergarten.

  1. Wash the beets, boil until tender, cool and grate.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, onions in half rings, carrots in strips.
  3. Simmer carrots and onions in a saucepan with oil and water.
  4. Pour some water into a saucepan, bring to a boil.
  5. Put the beets, bring to a boil again.
  6. Add potatoes.
  7. Bring the future soup to a boil for the third time, add the onions and carrots.
  8. Season to taste with salt at the end of cooking.
  9. Add sour cream, stir, boil again.
