Bograch - thick Hungarian soup

Ingredients

  1. Heat oil, put onion, fry.
  2. Add a few large spoons of paprika and stir.
  3. Add meat.
  4. Then the carrots.
  5. After a while, add the rest of the vegetables: beans, peppers, peeled tomatoes.
  6. Stir, sprinkle with salt a little.
  7. Pour the broth to lightly coat the meat.
  8. It should be as thick as goulash.
  9. Add hot pepper, cover. Reduce fire.
  10. After about fifty minutes, open the cauldron, put in large wedges of potatoes, pour in the rest of the broth.
  11. Pour salt into the soup, close again.
  12. When the potatoes are boiled, add the parsley and garlic.
