Burchak shurpa is a delicious and rich soup, especially widespread in the Tatar national cuisine. In the original recipe, shurpa is cooked from lamb, I replaced it with beef. Try it!

  1. Pour cold water over the meat and bring to a boil. Remove the foam, cook until tender. Add salt to taste. Add the peeled and diced potatoes to the broth.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes and add the beans. Chop the onion finely, then simmer it with tomato paste in a skillet for 7-8 minutes. Add frying and noodles to the soup.
  3. Cook for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the finished soup from the stove, let it brew under the lid for 10 minutes. Sprinkle herbs over the soup when serving. Bon Appetit!
