Cabbage soup in chicken broth with cabbage

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour water into a saucepan, put chicken legs and spine in it and cook the meat for 50 minutes. When the meat is ready, strain the broth through a fine strainer (so the bones will not get into the soup).
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices, chop fresh cabbage into small strips. Cut the peeled and washed potatoes into small cubes. Put the strained broth back on the fire, add cabbage, potatoes and tomatoes in it and cook until cooked.
  3. Peel the onion, chop finely, coarsely grate the peeled carrots and fry all together in butter. A few minutes before the soup is ready, add fried vegetables and salt to taste, mix everything.
  4. Serve the cabbage soup in chicken broth with cabbage in portions, adding, if desired, a little chopped garlic to each plate.
