Simple and quick creamy soup. Cheese soup with sausages is a great idea when you feel like soup and don't have time to cook.

  1. Cut the sausages into rings. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Put a pot of water on the fire, add salt, bring to a boil. After the water boils, add the potatoes, bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Fry the carrots in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the sausages and fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. When the potatoes are boiled, add carrots, sausages and noodles to the pan. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the saucepan with the soup from the heat, add the processed curds and stir until the curds melt.
  6. Pour the soup into plates, add fresh finely chopped dill to the plate.
