  1. Peel all vegetables first. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, chop the onions and grate the carrots.
  2. In a saucepan, bring about two liters of water to a boil, add salt to taste, add bay leaf if desired. Dip potatoes in a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  3. Put onions with carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry. Then send to the pot with potatoes.
  4. Immerse frozen shrimps in boiling water for a few minutes.
  5. Then fold in a colander, dry and clean. Cut into 2-3 pieces if desired.
  6. Cut the processed cheese into small cubes.
  7. Place in a small saucepan and heat. Once the cheese is completely melted, transfer to a saucepan.
  8. Chop up some fresh herbs if desired.
  9. Add shrimp to a saucepan and remove soup from heat after a minute. Add greens and serve. Bon Appetit!
