This is one of the tastiest and most delicate broths. For cooking, use only bones with meat and vegetables, skin is not needed, it is recommended to throw it away, as it accumulates harmful substances in itself.

  1. Let's prepare products for the broth. Vegetables must be peeled and washed. Coarsely chop the onions and carrots. Put bones, onions, carrots, spices and salt in cold water. We put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 1 hour. After an hour, the broth will turn yellowish, aromatic and rich in taste.
  2. Remove the bones from the broth, separate the meat from them. The bones can be thrown away and the meat returned to the broth. Pour the broth with meat into plates, add fresh dill - and the broth is ready. Serve hot.
