Light and flavorful chicken broth is a great solution for those who want to fill up, but not overload the stomach. This broth is good for the whole family both on a hot summer day and in a cold winter season.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the broth, take any part of the chicken, except for the breast. We butcher the chicken, clean it thoroughly and rinse it. We spread the chicken meat in a saucepan, add the peeled onions and carrots. If there is parsley root, send it to the pan as well.
  2. Add dill stalks, fill with water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam. Add salt, pepper and bay leaf, reduce heat to minimum. But the broth has to boil! Cook for 40 minutes from the moment of boiling. If you have homemade chicken, it will take longer to cook.
  3. We take out the chicken meat from the broth. Discard the onions, carrots and dill stalks, and filter the broth. I hope you boiled the eggs? Separate the meat from the bones, peel the eggs and finely chop the dill.
  4. Pour the broth into plates, add pieces of chicken and eggs. Sprinkle the broth with herbs, start the meal.
