  1. To prepare this dish, you will need: any parts of the chicken, Armenian lavash, water, chicken egg, dill, salt and pepper. Cook chicken stock. To do this, wash the chicken and put it in a saucepan, fill it with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and remove foam. Cook the chicken until tender over the lowest heat. Then the broth will be transparent. Then put the chicken on a plate and strain the broth.
  2. Dry the lavash in the oven or in a frying pan and pass it through a meat grinder twice. You should get pita flour. Put a glass of this flour in a bowl. Pour lavash flour with a glass of cold water and let stand for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the flour will swell. Add chicken egg. Stir. Then start adding flour in portions. It is necessary to achieve such a consistency at which the dough can be rolled into a ball. Add chopped dill.
  3. Salt the dumplings dough to taste and mix well. Roll the prepared dough into balls slightly larger than a walnut with wet, damp hands. Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and put flour balls in boiling water. Boil them for 10-12 minutes and turn them off.
