Chicken heart and spinach soup

Ingredients

• Chicken hearts - 1 kg.
• Spinach - 500 gr.
• Potatoes - 5 pcs.
• Bulb onion - 1 pc.
• Garlic
• Greens and sour cream

Directions

1. We wash the offal and fill it with three liters of cold water. Cook for forty minutes. Finely chop the onion, chop the potatoes and add to the soup. Add seasoning and simmer for fifteen minutes. Next, put spinach and garlic, as well as herbs in the soup. Cook for seven minutes and serve, adding sour cream to each portion of the soup.
