Chicken Vegetable Soup

Very light and tasty soup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken in cold water and pat dry with a paper kitchen towel.
  2. Cut carrots into slices, potatoes into cubes, chop onion and celery.
  3. Pour water over the chicken, when the water boils, reduce heat and cook for an hour.
  4. After an hour, add the prepared vegetables to the pan, salt (1 tbsp. L.), Cook for another hour.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pan. Separate the meat from the bones and send the peas together back to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. At the end of cooking, pepper the soup to taste, add chopped herbs.
  7. The soup is ready.
