Chili con carne, or simply chili, is a spicy Mexican dish with beef and beans. There are a lot of cooking options, but my favorite is this soup option. Preparing chili is very easy, and even more so in a slow cooker!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First you need to chop the onion and garlic and fry in a slow cooker in a small amount of oil on the "Baking" or "Frying" mode.
  2. Add minced meat to the onion, fry for a total of 20 minutes, until the minced meat is no longer pink.
  3. Then add beans, broth, tomato juice, red pepper (amount depending on the desired spiciness), cocoa and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to cook on the "Extinguishing" mode for 1 hour.
  4. After the multicooker signal, turn on the "Baking" mode so that the soup boils and then turn it off. Delicious soup with a rich taste of Chili con carne in a slow cooker is ready!
  5. Bon appetit :)
