  1. Cut the pink salmon fillet into pieces, transfer to a large saucepan with water.
  2. Carrots and onions, peel potatoes, add whole vegetables to the soup.
  3. Bring to a boil, cook for ten minutes.
  4. Remove the products, strain the broth through a sieve or cheesecloth.
  5. Pour vodka into the ear, add washed millet.
  6. Remove the bones from the fish fillet, put the pulp back into the soup.
  7. Add bay leaves and carrots, cut into circles.
  8. Bring the dish to a boil again, cook for ten minutes.
  9. Add chopped fresh dill, boil for three minutes.
  10. Pour the soup into hot bowls.
