Everyone's favorite, healthy and vitamin-rich soup!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the beets, peel them and cook until tender in 2 liters of water with a clove of garlic, bay leaves and stalks of dill and parsley.
  2. Strain the broth, bring to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Grate the beets on a coarse grater and add to the broth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Put finely chopped greens, half a boiled egg, thinly chopped beet tops in a plate and pour over everything with cold broth, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and serve!
