Cold yogurt soup

  1. Soak the raisins in cold water for 5-10 minutes, then dry them.
  2. Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely. Also finely chop the cucumber.
  3. Wash, dry and chop the greens. Add green onions if desired.
  4. Add mustard to the yogurt. Then add eggs, cucumber, herbs and a handful of raisins. Mix everything well.
  5. Pour in mineral water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and remove to infuse in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve the soup cold.
