Corn soup in a slow cooker

  1. Melt a small amount of butter in a slow cooker on the "Baking" mode.
  2. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped celery, onion and garlic.
  3. A little later, add carrots. Fry until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
  4. Add flour, mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour milk over, add diced potatoes. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
  6. When the potatoes are soft enough, salt and pepper the soup. Add finely chopped green onions, corn and peas. Turn on the "Baking" mode, bring to a boil and serve!
