  1. Rinse dried porcini mushrooms, soak in a new portion of water for an hour and a half.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes. Rinse buckwheat. Dice the onions. Grate the carrots.
  3. Boil water, add potatoes, salt, buckwheat.
  4. Fry onions and carrots, add mushrooms, a little flour.
  5. Transfer the contents of the pan to a saucepan and puree with a blender.
  6. Season the soup with cream to taste.
